Welcome! (: My topic is on the captivity of marine animals for the enjoyment of humans. I chose this topic because when I was little I loved to go to the aquariums and marine parks to watch these animals do magnificent tricks, and recently my eyes have been opened to the fact that these animals are more interesting when they are not being trained to do shows but are in the wild and living as free and happy as can be. My paper dealt with why having these marine animals in captivity was unhealthy for them. For my product I gathered a group of students from Clayton High School to go to Wrightsville, North Carolina to clean up the beach with a company called SUP, Stand up Paddle Boarding. We walked around the beach and picked up all kinds of random things to keep the animals from getting injured and have the need to go into captivity. We enjoyed it very much.
